Beer Can Chicken with a Poultry Pal
Well, if any of you checked out and bookmarked the Bacon Salt Blog from our post last week, you may have already seen this, but I thought since it’s been slow, I’d post it anyways.
They recently had a chance to review a product called the Poultry Pal, which is basically an advanced way to make beer can chicken.
Now, I can tell you from experience that beer can chicken is damn good eatin’. But at the same time, I’d be a little hesitant to drop almost $30 for a pan to replace what I can do right now with a can that I was going to use anyway, so really doesn’t cost a thing.
But I am intrigued. If anyone has any experience with a Poultry Pal, let us know what you think.

Well, we made a beer can chicken this weekend, without the assistance of a Poultry Pal, but with the assistance of a beer can holder–gotta say, a lot easier with the holder, and I don’t think you really need to go for the $30 Poultry Pal. Of course, if they’re willing to send us one to compare, we’ll definitely give it a try…
